[Edit]I’ve had my Jeep for 2 months and the drivers door leaks at the top when I stop and it’s raining out . I have never had anything taken off ever … help
Since it's brand new, why not take it to a dealer first?
Hey there, dont know if you have figured it out yet, but just in case, this MAY help:I’ve had my Jeep for 2 months and the drivers door leaks at the top when I stop and it’s raining out . I have never had anything taken off ever … help
I have never taken anything off but will try these fixes … it’s raining and when I stop it pours in the top corner at my shoulder …Hey there, dont know if you have figured it out yet, but just in case, this MAY help:
I have had my '21 since July, and I had the same issue. It had to be a heavy rain, but it was happening nonetheless.
I took my freedom panels off and when I put them back on, I no longer had any issues. Maybe it wasnt seated properly from the factory, or something was caught up in it, but I no longer have water leaking in.
I know it's a "shut it off and turn it back on again" type of suggestion, but JIC. Good luck!
Yea, looks the same. Happened to me the day after I brought it home. Big ole' storm came in, and every time I slowed down to a stop, it would drip onto my arm/shoulder.I have never taken anything off but will try these fixes … it’s raining and when I stop it pours in the top corner at my shoulder …

thanks ... I did remove that freedom panel for the first time as you mentioned and re seated it ... Fingers crossedI had the exact same problem on the passenger side door. Cleaned the seal, checked the door gaps and just make sure the door is securely shut. Wife had a habit of just soft shutting the door on the way out and while it was enough to make door ajar light go out, it was not 100% engaged on the latch.
No problems since.
It is also a good idea to clean the seals and their mating surfaces, and lubricate the seals before re-installing the Freedom panels. I use shin-etsu grease from Honda: https://www.amazon.com/Honda-Genuine-Shin-Etsu-Grease/dp/B006Z9TZ9Mthanks ...
