I have done a half dozen searches for door seals, wording them different and nothing comes up. I remember reading several threads to help the doors seal better. I thought I had saved them, but I guess I messed up. Any help would be appreciated.

What's the issue, and where is the leak?
There is also a thread down below dealing with leaky seals.

@AllMoparParts.com might be able to help with obtaining parts if needed.

I've had 2-3 dealers tell me the newer seals just won't seal right.

I too have horribly leaking door seals, and even thought they are less than 6 months old, the dealers REFUSE to own up and correct the issue.

I haven’t tried this on the Jeep yet but back when I had my F-250, the seals weren’t great. The seal strip that went around the door frame is hollow. I went and got some rubber tubing at the local hardware store and with a little elbow grease, I fed it through the center of the seal. I removed it from the door frame and then just reattached it after. This gave it a little more rigidity and made the door seal up a lot more snug.

It per se really dents leak any water. Im just looking for a better airtight seal. Im coming from an F150 and it was airtight. I understand it's a Jeep thing just trying make it a little better if possibly. Also there are some threads out there that talk about adding some other seals I just can't find them now. Thank

The guy who owns JeepLeakFixed even reached to me over the phone when he learned I was using his product in rain-soaked and snow-buried southcentral Alaska. I've corresponded with him a couple of times on how his product is holding up in our weather, rain and snow and if it was staying good and attached in our December/January temperatures.

He even went as far as helping me through a video call on how to get the seals just right. Hell of a guy, and a good, useful product.

JeepLeakFixed sells a complete kit for your vehicle. I bought it and added to my doors, my freedom top, everything. My Gladdy hasn't leaked one drop since. Worth it.

Thanks for the link, this looks really interesting! Clearly they put a lot of thought into the design. Just interested--you mention the Freedom Panels; what did you use for those? I did not see a mention on the jeepleakfixed website.

Yea mine have leaked since new, right at calf hight on both sides in the front. But only in the intense new auto car wash during the complete high pressure rinse. I’m thinking of adding some type of silicone hose like 1/8” placed within the present seals, using silicone to hold it in place, so it stiffens up the seals there all ready. I’ll let you all know.

Once you receive the whole kit, and finish trimming up all the doors and such, you still have nearly half a roll of the weatherstripping. This is to allow for over-time replacements if needed and also to go around the edge of the freedom panels. There are visual and video instruction for both of these applications offered by JeepLeakFixed.

You're basically just edge trimming the panels, making sure that the trim is facing the correct direction. Not hard.

The Noodles that come with the kit are the real stars of the show.
