Ask @WILDHOBO or @ShadowsPapa they are the only ones I know that got those type and have serviced them.

According to the wrangler guys, nothing extra is needed just ATF 4+

In the Owner's Manual, there is no differentiation between regular and Selec-Trac transfer cases or transmissions as far as fluid required.

All the Selec-Trac 'magic' happens in the Transfer case.
