2022 Dealer Build Site Problems

I have been trying to get my Gladiator ordered this week but the dealers link to FCA build site is not working properly....I hope anyway. Most things go smooth but when we get to paint it says we have to choose the dual door & tonneau cover for around $4K. Rep came in and had the same problem so they are going up the chain. Anyone else having this issue when trying to order?

I thinks the OP is talking about the system the dealer uses to configure and input a custom order and not public build and configure page.

You are correct, I was told by FCA customer service the consumer web page will not be up until after the new year. This is the dealers build site and I still don't have my order placed...…Ugh.

Guess I'll be waiting till start of yr to put an order in, and hopefully by then I can order sport Altitude with diesel, since dealers aren't able to do it even tho it's on the order guide...

Lots of dealers don't have a clue when it comes to customer factory orders. I was outright told by a few local stores that they "don't do that" and that they "didn't have any allocations left" (both complete lies).

But again, the dealer has incentive to screw up your factory order. They don't get any lot stock but if they can get you to order a vehicle and then walk away when it's delivered they get to stick that on their lot with a hefty markup.
