Waiting, Waiting, Waiting, Waiting, Waiting...

So the next date is... Dec 31st? Or we just going to roll right into 2023 models

My dealer told me you can order a 21 until 11/4 and 22 on 11/22.

If 11/22 is really the date, I'll be super pissed. But I honestly think the dealer doesn't know anything more than we do. Jeep wouldn't trust them to keep their lips closed, too many leaks.

I can’t believe I’m still checking this thread in August.
Yeah at this rate you’ll have a better chance of getting a bronco from Ford in two years time before the 22’s are announced by Jeep.

I'm resigned to not getting one this year. Ordering sure, but not delivery. I really hope these delays are related to them lining up and resolving uConnect 5 issues. Maybe even just stockpiling new parts while closing out the old. After sitting in that Bronco the infotainment is the biggest gap IMO. It may not be an issue this exact second, but their other Jeep models are getting upgraded and by next spring it will be obvious the JL/JT is lagging behind.

If they weren't updating anything, I think we'd know by now. They can't be completely incompetent, ya know?

Yeah I’m waiting for a 22 regardless as well. Which I told my wife over the weekend we prob won’t take delivery till February or March. Which is whatever I’m fine with that. More time for me to save a lil more money. I just want info. That’s what’s killing me.

I would completely understand them holding 2022 info back as they wait to sell off 2021 inventory. But I'm not seeing many on the lots! Actually 2 dealers I visited last week had ZERO new Wranglers or JT's. ?

Yeah I really wanted to get one before winter sets in but sounds like it's not in the cards. I'll probably just drive it straight from the dealer to a Krown place.

Yes would have been nice to have before we start getting some snow. Of course where I live it’s a hit or miss. Either get a lot or nothing. But I already have 37s and method wheels. So that makes it even harder too. I want to order my lift but god forbid something is slightly changed I figured I would wait.

Ha yeah @Jglad15 it is really hard to not be ordering parts already.

I have the added trouble of not having a lot of extra space before I decide what to do with my old Dodge. Thinking I'll store it for a year to see if the Jeep scratches the same itch before I consider selling it. It's never seen salt, so IDK if I should pay for a unit starting in November or December and just pray Jeep actually gets me a JT before spring, or what... lol, good problems.
