2022 hopes .. Im not picky but... a hellcat engine, 3.5" lift, 37s, half doors, cooled power seats, 12 inch screen from the factory at base model price with lifetime warranty will do it.

In reality id settle for a uconnect 5. Hate wires. Any luck my order will be in July 14th at 10:01 EST

Uconnect 5 should be a given, when it was released they said it would be rolled out 2021 in all the models.

I would like some decent earth tone colors. I was in love with Gator and Gobi, but when them axing those two colors days before the ecodiesel was available, I've been holding out. Sarge just doesn't trip my trigger. Now it's been so long that the excitement of the gladiator has worn off, a Bronco and keeping my beater truck for towing is looking like a better and better option. The extra cabin space of the bronco would be nice.

Yeah IDK the strategy behind axing such a solid color family. I'm hoping MY 2022 is worth the wait.

Now a Bronco-based truck could be sweet, but if I'm honest with myself I'd only consider it because it would be 'new' - the Gladiator is more in line with the styling I like.

Short color runs are to spur impulse purchases. It's the same strategy Costco uses for a lot of its inventory. "I better buy it now before it's not available" They don't want people waiting around for options that matter to them.

I do like the Jeep styling. I like the heritage as well, but I really hate the options packages and lack of standard equipment that Jeep puts out, especially for the premium they charge.

What consumers need at this point is some strong foreign competition to come in with good vehicles at a much more reasonable price point.

Trueish - but Gobi was a staple for almost a decade. There wasn't really a reason to think it would go away, especially with the launch of their desert-rated Gladiator. Kinda weird, really.

I thought Gobi first came out in 2017?

Yeah you're right, got confused. Still odd it was dropped IMO.

Dear FCA,

Please make one of these (or similar) an option for MY 2022. Do that and we can forget all about MY 2021.

I forgot about uConnect 5! I definitely hope it's included... Wireless CarPlay is an excellent thing. BUTTTTTT...... Chip shortage? I guess it takes silicon to make either board... Better have uConnect 5....

Haha losers! You have to wait two more days to find out! I'm having surgery this afternoon, and will get to time travel straight to Wednesday! The rest of that whole thing is going to suck, but TIME TRAVEL BITCHES!

My new work car (2020 charger) has the Uconnect 4 and it’s a good system. Be real excited to see how the 5 works.
