Texas may not be big, but it's the next one Stellantis has on their "virtual car show" site, so it's at least big enough to be on Jeep's radar. I don't have any expectations for anything big, but it seems they try to milk everything for all they can, and an event like a car show brings buzz.

Donlen has been inaccurate, including the 4/8 close of MY20 orders (or whatever it was) that was obviously very wrong, even if you give them the benefit of a doubt and swap the month/day for the European format.

My expectations are only colors and UConnect 5, MAYBE Extreme Recon. Maybe it doesn't warrant anything more than a quiet website update...

I might have my Jeep before the 2022 even comes to fruition at this point and the order banks were supposed to close before I even ordered!

I suppose my 10 year old, 70 pound daughter could tip a canoe if she tried.
Yeah, I don’t get the comment. I actually turned to my wife the other night and said, “people are such dicks, talking about a kid?”

Anyways, I just saw your Bronco post lol. We both jumped ship at the same time.

People are definitely dicks. Always amazes me what people say on the Internet vs. face to face.

It's a lot like road rage. Put people behind the wheel in a big metal box and suddenly everything changes.

Hell, put everyone in big metal box and put yourself in a work van and see how it really changes. I could tell you stories for days about the people I’ve seen drive off the road to pass me or physically hit my vehicle to try and get in front of me. The few people dumb enough to pull REALLY dumb stunts miraculously became cowards when I was standing at their driver window. I think the best one I saw was I came to 4 way stop sign in a parking lot. I looked around and saw no one and started to go, out of the corner of my eye I saw someone barreling across the parking lot sideways going at least 50. I slammed on my brakes as he flew through the stop sign, narrowly missed me and then turned right. I honked at him and you know what his reaction was? He rolled down the window, flipped me off and waited for me to continue to cross behind him. He sat there for a good 30 seconds so I went to go around him. He then started to drive next to me so I was on the wrong side of the street. That was when I lost it, sped up and cut him off, all in the same parking lot. I got out and started yelling at him, he rolled up his window and cowered and started mumbling about how the FBI is after him.

I’d like to say these situations are rare, but the only thing that’s rare is for me to react. I was ready to choke this guy though.

Yeah it can be hard not to react - and I agree the worst drivers are the first to honk or flip the bird .... makes no sense.
