Does the truck drive any different to you with the Mopar lower control arms?

I have had a set laying around for nearly 3 years now and have yet to install them 😆

Arts and Crafts day at the house. Got in some primer DANA covers and threw of a few coats of gloss black high temp engine paint. Saved about $150 for the set buying them primer coated vs. finished on Amazon.
Did not know these were available in a primer finish. I think I know which covers I will get now. Was looking for something affordable and I really wanted something black and not flashy (I like a stock look).

Also, flipping through your whole build thread now. I like it. Your mod philosophy seems similar to how I like to do things...

At a minimum, it does not drive any worse. Been getting these Mojave axles dialed in and it seems less wander with them on my daily work commute but there may be a bit of a placebo effect.

Got to watch the dynamic pricing on Amazon. Some days they are a deal and others not so much. I caught both on a dip and made out pretty good.

The front cover was $111 today which appears to be the basement on price, and the rear they had one from Amazon Resale/Warehouse that is 'Used-Like New' for $67 that I rolled the dice on. If its good then its a steal. If it's bad I just send it back and wait on the dip on a new one, which appears to be every 2-3 months 😄

Got off work a little early today and installed the JKS Manufacturing front track bar this afternoon. Used 9/16" Grade 8 hardware. I will say there was a lot of preload on the Rusty's Off Road track bar reinforcement bracket as it was installed loose with the OEM track bar and everything tighten down. Had to loosen things up again to get the new JKS track bar installed.

Installed the SEC10 hood decal I got from Extreme Terrain. Went pretty easy but did have to remove the hood tie down and washer nozzles as it was not cut for them.

I'd rather remove them than try to work around them.
I've considered this on mine, but I'm convinced I'd manage to get it off center or angled just enough to drive me insane.

Today was electrical day.

Wired in a ANCEL BM200 battery monitor. Also put in a NOCO battery tender lead set.

Hardwired in a license plate light reverse blanking relay.

Was the reverse light relay a kit. Or a diy you came up with. Easy enough with the right parts and diagram no doubt but kit makes it even easier. Been thinking of getting tinted lens covers for mine. Wife new GC has same issue with license plate lights being way too bright.

This one was a DIY. Had a plug in kit on my last JT but this was easy enough. Just have to interrupt the license plate power wire with the relay and tap into the reverse light for the relay trigger and run a ground.

Nice build, think you will go with the front locker as well?

Side note, mine has the power hop damper and I'm almost at 100k. Seeing yours reminded me I should probably replace mine.

Not anytime soon if ever. Not a high priority and for my level of wheeling, it is a nicety and not a necessity.

I would almost bet it is still good. They have a pretty stout gas charge on them. If you feel froggy, could check it by taking one end off to check the charge but you are going to need a ratchet strap to compress it back into place.

Posting for posterity sake. Swapped out last Sunday my standard duty 600W cooling fans for the heavy duty 850W cooling fan.
