What you described sounds very similar to my experience with my ‘21 JTRD. Long drive under load, Christmas Dash lights, derate, cool down, all good except a CEL.
The first thing I would do. Get some DEI heat wrap for the wire harness that goes down front passenger cowl towards the DPF. This was a great improvement for me.

I had the same issue with my ecodiesel under sustained boost going from Sedona to flagstaff (at payload, no trailer) and while going through the Irish wilderness. It was a failing waste gate actuator on the turbo. Common problem on the ecodiesel. You can’t buy the actuator separately, but you can replace just the actuator so you don’t have to take the Cab off to do the turbo if you buy a whole turbo unit and remove it. I’ve posted a few times about it on here.

Yes I know, I got to checkng them this morning after I replacedy main battery. The codes I'm questioning are:

P0010 camshaft position sensor Actuator intake front/left bank 1 circuit malfunction

P0121C Throttle position (TP) sensor A/accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor A -range/performance problem

What would cause these when putting a load on the engine?? Any fixes (yes I know more fuel more heat but again, my temps were not at the derate temps and I was trying to keep a steady 55-60mph)

The other codes I do think all come from my front left speed sensor

Thanks Jeepers
Are you sure about those two codes? I'm not seeing where either is a valid code for the 3.0L, they only show up in the DTC list for the 3.6L engine.

I can't help but think that this might be associated with the known issue where the Tazer can sometimes cause odd random faults. My suggestion would be to try updating the Tazer firmware to see if that clears things up.

Mine did this on my first long trip with it. Crossing Texas in July heat. Every light in dash on came on. Went in limp mode. Dash said exhaust issue, see dealer. Was able to clear all with Taser. When I got home I did delete at around 7K miles, no more issues.

Got to ask
Where did you find the actuator by itself for sale??

I didn’t. You have to buy the whole turbo assembly and remove the new one. After I realized what triggered the issues, I learned to live with the failing actuator until I inevitably traded it in on a 3.6 JT (because I was out of warranty). It’s a widespread issue that really should be a recall IMO

Well based off the link another user posted earlier, that's what the codes said. Unless you have different code list for the eco?

Mine literally did this yesterday as I crossed the NM/AZ border. Limp mode and exhaust warning. I cleared the codes this morning via tazer but unfortunately I can't do a delete as AZ does do imsepctions within city limits😔

Anyone know what would cause the exhaust warning? I know it has been in regen because I had used about 4 gallon of Def over the 3k miles of highway driving on this recent trip

That's a lot of DEF fluid. I normally use 2.5 gallon per 2,300 miles.

Usually my rig is pretty easy on DEF but when towing the trailer 3k miles up mountain passes and in head wind, she used more DEF than usual (plus I was guessing on actual consumption as I didn't look how much I put in when I was at the pump)

As fuel mileage goes down DEF consumption goes up. The is a direct relation between fuel used and DEF used. So pulling a camp trailer is definitely gonna cause you to use more DEF.

DEF consumption doesn't really have anything to do with regens.

Case in point is the 2007 to 2010/11 emission systems had DPF and regened, but didn't use DEF.
