I think that says 2029 in the letter text, but is very light.

When I worked for a Stellantis competitor one of their UK plant’s quality was so bad, and the labor force so militant and antagonistic, they decided to shut it down. One notable example, workers were defecating inside the doors before they put the inner panels (cards) on.
