Just a simple question... found a great deal on some JL Rubicon take-offs and I realized I better check... will these things work on a stock-ride-height 2023 Willys that came with 32's? I figure they may rub at full stuff but if they're okay steering-wise I figure it should be good. Yes? No? Bueller?

Thanks.

I had 285/75R17's on mine stock before my 1.5 lift and it was fine without any rubbing at all. They are approx 34 inch.

Wow nice!! Thanks.

I love this thing... it gets amazing MPG for something shaped like a brick, handles way better than it has any business, rides awesome on and off pavement, etc.

I'm only gonna run the 33's when I have off-road stuff planned; the rest of the time it'll stay on the Firestone Destination A/T2's I just put on it (in place of the M/T2's it came with).

Are you sure you bought a Jeep?

Well, it says JEEP on it and has a pickup bed, so it's a real Jeep, not one of those Compass or Patriot things. :)

Literally have said none of these things about my Gladiator in the year I have had it ? It's a Sport / Max Tow with 33's on it. It handles fine but rides like a 3/4 ton truck. The MPG is trash too, though its probably because I am always either city driving, or am cruising at 80 on the interstate into a head wind it seems.

Still love it though

Well, consider this... the vehicle I've been driving the most has been a 2005 Dodge RAM dually with 19.5" wheels and tires, hauling a truck camper and towing a trailer. It rides like a BRICK. It's loud as hell (massive drone). My other vehicle that I drive occasionally is a 2002 Grand Cherokee Overland. Mild lift, but it has a new motor, all new suspension (OME 3", Bilstein 5100's)... ride quality is good, but it's old and feels that way.

Last "nice" car I had was three years ago... 2017 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. That thing was awesome. Yeah it rode better than the JT and was brutally fast, but it got maybe 15 mpg (I get 17-19 combined in the Gladiator).

Oh.. the WJ has Addco swaybars on it so it handles better than a normal-ride-height WJ, but the JT still out-does it.

Some day I may do narrow 34s. Like yours, limited by the narrow axles.

Speedo will be off and mileage will go down, but should work fine.
