I have seen a bunch of threads on 35 versus 37 but haven't seen much on the 38" use. I don't quite yet have my truck (hopefully any day now) but already have a set of 38x13.5" Toyo's ready on 18" rims. I am putting the 2" mopar lift on the truck. Has anyone else used these tires with this lift? Thanks.

Those are some super heavy tires at 92 pounds a piece. They also measure nearly 14.5 wide. Which wheel did you select?

Old thread here being revived. I ran 33s then 37s (stt pro) and now 38x13.50r17 trail graps . Yes they are heavy and my choice tire would be 39x13.50 KM3 . But the 38s are pretty much in line with the 37s. No real negative take aways . Fuel mileage is down a bit , and the tires have there own unique "character" due to tread/construction. I would reconsider 18" wheels . There are now a couple 38s that are in the 17" variety . I will also add, how you accomplish clearing the taller rubber could effect the vehicle more than the tire it's self . I wouldn't even consider running on less than 5.13s maybe 4.88 ( but that's iffy) .
