Just buy it new from the dealer with the swap installation included in the sales price. Banks will finance anything on anything. They aren’t shy about loaning stupid money on upside down deals.
*checks around*

$90K for a 5.7 Hemi swapped Gladiator (new truck, in inventory).

Nahhh. I can live the 3.6 life 😄

I can finance a new one a lot easier than a motor swap 😄

But - the ole lady did say if I found a way the AMW swap wasn't the worst idea I ever had....
That sounds like it might be a low bar to clear... 🤪

I think my Mojave will get a 392 by osmosis before there is a 392 Gladiator.

We've just been asked to complete a study of what we need for our JL/JT tools to run until MY 35
The JT/JL is gonna be like the Durango. Plodding along like a zoo kept elephant for years to come 😂

It's always a cost thing, if all the suppliers come in low enough on refurb costs, they'll carry on.
I say that with affection as well. It doesn't particularly bother me if a vehicle carries on for ten years with face lifts and little improvements here and there. The parts become more available, the DIY and tech information in the community becomes more widespread, etc.

Probably one of many reasons I could put the ole lady in a brand new Durango right now for $36K. The costs have long been recouped.
