I just changed mine at 6700 miles and the oil life indicator said I had 37% left. I’m going to start changing it at 5k. 2020 with 58k miles. It’s has Mobile one since whatever the dealership put in it during my free oil change period. I know the pre-Covid and FCA built jeeps and 3.6ls hold up a lot better but I’m not taking any chances.
I must be dogging the crapola outta mine I'm right around 3,000 and at 53 % I'm always in mud /dirt and Dust daily and always in 4 wheel and up and down steep site makeshift access roads. Plus my 65 mile commute to work. (one way ) that's why my Jeep won me over if it can take what I have dished out then when it needs some love I won't just trade it off gonna keep it and heck who knows may buy another one so it can have a buddy to talk to in the driveway.

It drops off pretty fast when under 30%. I went through my receipts the other day, they’ve all been 6-8k miles. I changed it when the light came on.

Started with Craftsman in the early to mid 1970s, and from there added Mac, Matco, SnapOn, and a whole list of others for the specialty tools. My small breaker bar is Indestro and dates to the 1970s and I've not broken it yet - even with pipe on the end. I have a few "NAPA" tools from other the years (like if I broke something and needed a replacement fast, NAPA was 2 blocks away from the shop where I worked)
Some things are indeed HF - my Icon 250 lb/ft torque wrench, I have a Proto torque wrench, a NAPA torque wrench, a Kent-Moore torque wrench pre-set for adjusting transmission bands on BW and MOPAR transmissions.
I just had to comment when I saw that you mentioned Indestro tools. I have put literally hundreds of heads on 3.6s since the 3.6 first came out, and I used an Indestro 3/8" torque wrench (0-50 ft/lb beam style) for all but two of them. I use a large 1/2" ratchet to pull the final angles. I just never could be persuaded by the tool dealers that I needed electronic, digital measuring tools of any sort. Back in the day, I built big block Mopar engines, including the 440s and Hemis, using a 1/2" beam style torque wrench. I also collected a variety of different brand tools over the years. But the tools I bought in the '70s are still holding up, better than some of the newer, supposedly better brand tools have.

I have shown TWO owners manuals from the mid-1970s that show recommended change intervals of 7500 miles- on conventional oil with 1970s chemistry and carburetors prone to flooding and chokes and so on.
I don’t have any 1970’s owners manuals but most owners manuals in the 80’s always said 7500 mile intervals (unless you live in “severe conditions “) then it was 3750 on the odometer. The funny thing is reps from the car manufacturers could never really explain to us what “severe conditions” really were. Was it extreme heat, extreme cold or both. That covers about the entire country when “conditions are extreme “ at some point. Now this day and age tolerances are much tighter and quality of oils are better but it always seemed a mystery in that period. I’m still that 5K miles max. personally.

When I first started to buy SnapOn tools in the early 1980's. The joke was " 20 bucks a week to the SnapOn man for the rest of your life ". Don't want to even think about today. I bought 2, 1/2" drive crows feet from SnapOn a few months ago. Price was over $250 for a 1-1/16, and 1-5/8.
But after the first step it is consensual.........
