Seems like a pretty small group that would need the adjustable height.

And the guys in that group who need it for towing already have a much cheaper solution.

I'm interested to see how the trials go. Curious as to what dirt, mud, and rocks do to the moving parts.

If it went from slammed to 5" lift I could see it as a cool option but only 3.5" ? not a chance,

I believe at full lift it achieves 5.5 inches, but would be a very very stiff ride. The 3.5 inches and 1.5 inches are presets. Third preset can be set by customer and anything in between the presets can be achieved with the individual buttons.

Shocks, lift, and on board compressor.
Great! What shocks? Not likely anything of the quality compared to what you would get with 7k to budget.

Same goes for the compressor. 2.2cfm is less than the basic single ARB.

what’s the life expectancy of an air system over steel springs?

7k is still a lot for what this buys you in both parts and convenience.

JRI shocks, think F1 and NASCAR, verbal commitment from ACCUAIR guy for a 100,000 miles on ACCUAIR airbag assembly.

It does go from 0-5”, but it wouldn’t be very usable at either end of the scale. Everything that is ride height specific will be out of range. Shocks, track bars centering axles, sway bar link lengths, caster, etc.

The big height adjustments would be more for show and bragging rights. It’d be more useful for small height adjustments.

How to say, "I didn't watch the video" without saying, "I didn't watch the video".

If it gets you off of high center in the middle of nowhere or keeps water out of the cab then there's value.
You don't have to ride around at 5 inches to benefit from it.

I installed a Kelderman setup on my buddy's Ram a few years back and it was pretty cool at first. The auto level worked nice especially when towing. He eventually removed it because the compressor and electrical connectors were mounted under the bed and didn't fair well being exposed to PA winter salt. Lots more to deal with and yes, both extremes of travel had issues with binding and alignment.
