AEV spacer lift shipping times?

I went to a local shop in my area and the lift was ordered from AEV about 2 weeks ago, called the shop to get an update and the rep informed me he has no tracking information. Is this common with AEV? Does it take a month on average to get this product?

Ordered mine directly from AEV on Monday and received it yesterday.
