Would the Airaid filter be an upgrade for my car? I'm not expecting more horses or torque. Just a better sound without loosing the reliability of the stock filter system.
Of all the systems available for the ecodiesel I just prefer the look of the Airaid...

I had an Airaid on my 5.7 Hemi Power Wagon. Just cruising around I didn't notice it. But WOT, it was LOUD.

You won’t get sound unless you unbolt the top of the lid. The Kn design is better the lid top is a prefilter that helps tremendously.

That's really too much.

I want it.

I'm thinking AFE intercooler pipes and their rapid induction intake, and that'll keep the bottom of the box stock to hook my AEV snorkel up to if they ever get it to market.

::edit:: anyway, kind of forgot what thread I was in. I had an Airaid intake on my TJ when I bought it. It's fine, it's a tube. I like any intake that uses a standardized cone filter.
