Thanks for checking out the thread. This weekend we made it to McCarthy, Alaska and the Kennecott Mine. If you know about this area, then you likely know about the road conditions. The Jeep crushed the roads and handled the stones, the potholes, and the washboard nicely.
Just a word of caution for those with pitman arm steering box braces... We were loaded up and heading out and boom, the steering got so loose. I could turn the wheel almost a full rotation with no actual turning. The pitman arm nut came loose. Check yours! Luckily we were still by our house so I could get us home to sort it out.
Have a heavy rig? I highly recommend the Hellwig rear anti-sway bar. I can't believe what we were missing. Such an improvement.
