Is there a turn table that can be installed as an option from Jeep ?
A modern turn table will work via USB or Bluetooth or both. So set it on the seat and play your records.

A reel to reel tape deck would be much cooler and probably skip less, that mylar tape could also come in handy for a emergency tow strap after pulling out all 1,600 feet and doubling it every 20' or so.

I miss a CD player. My 2016 GTR had one as did my Panamera. The sound quality and power is 10x better than sirus and even any streaming option. It just is. I might end up getting a portable and using the AUX once in a while.

I'm still buying CDs. Old ones and new ones (yes artists are still releasing new music on CDs). Of course I have a component stereo system for serious listening, so I am an audio enthusiast. I have been growing my CD and vinyl collection for years. I predict in a few years CDs will become somewhat popular again like vinyl, but not as popular as vinyl has become. I would enjoy one in my Jeep, but doubt they would become popular enough for them to be included in vehicles. People just prefer streaming. Some people prefer physical media. Currently I use Bluetooth on my phone via Spotify. I don't pay for it. My sister has a Spotify account and I'm on her family plan. No idea what it costs

I have boxes and boxes of CD’s and DVD’s in storage. IMO dead technology, especially in mobile environments. Vinyl is having a resurgence as the sound quality is so much better than CD or Digital. Vinyl in a car was never a good idea.
