Good lord, can we stop with these threads already? You see one already on top of the active threads and we've got to go make a new one anyway?

I'm sorry, you've got nothing new here. You've got links dated March; we've got conversations and information from last week in the other thread.

A Ford 5.0 Coyote V-8 is a $2450 option in a 2024 F150.

I had one in a 2017 F150 FX4 SuperCrew. It would move that full sized truck along with a quickness.

The specs for performance regarding HP and TQ in the Ford V. Mopar weren’t much different when I bought mine in 2017.

Not sure why a 5.7 Hemi would cost so much more.

Here in Indiana, there is a $221 Electric vehicle fee added onto their yearly registration.. that started in 2017... We dont like em! Lol
According to this article, Indiana’s gas tax is $0.535/gal. $221 in taxes would be covered by 413 gallons. If you’re driving the EV equivalent of a 40 mpg sub compact, that’s around 16k miles/yr in gasoline taxes you are avoiding. I couldn’t find anything on IN registration taxes on PHEVs or HEVs. Someone has to pay for the roads. Bicycles still get a “free” lane in several places.

It was only $1,000 for a 5.0 V8 in 2020. Talk about a bargain.

I'm answering for a friend...

You will not see a Gladiator with a factory installed V8.
I already have 🤪 But the general public never will see one for sale.

For the Umpteenth time, Stellantis is all in on EV's, $7 BILLION+ all in.
