If you buy the concentrate you'll need to mix it 50/50 with demineralized water.
Depending on how much you need it may save money to buy the concentrate, you'll get two gallons out of it.

For topping off, either will work. But if "topping off" means half the bottle, either get the 50/50 or pour in 50% concentrate and 50% distilled (or demineralized) water.

My opinion: The 50/50 is convenient but it is a total rip off. The price is about the same for both but with the 50/50 you are paying a whole lot for 50% water. You can get distilled water for less than $2/gal at the grocery store vs the $24/gal or more they are charging for it in the 50/50 mix. (I reluctantly and ashamedly confess I have bought the 50/50 in the past for the convenience of it.)

My coolant is low........a '23 with 16,007 miles. When it's at the dealer for the valve cover gaskets I'll have them diagnose the issue. A 16k vehicle should not be losing or eating coolant

As a former tech .......I want to know how and why it's disappearing. I ran GM trucks for 100k and never lost/drank coolant this fast. I want it documented for warranty reasons.

I’m sure somebody can explain if they see the post, I just hope it’s not taking a leak into a cylinder, but if it was I would think you would see it in an oil change? I don’t know if it would be visible or if you would have to do that Glycol testing Pita procedure. Oil has just looked normal to me and drains out like water

Doesn't have to leak in. The early 2000s Land Rover Discos with 4.0 V8 were famous for a head gasket leak that leaked out. Mainly on the back of bank 1, the leak would drip out over on the exhaust y pipe and leave no sign of a coolant leak.........but could piss out up to a gallon a day

I’m going to keep an eye after I fill to the full line. I’ve heard the jeeps in production during Covid times where coming to dealerships with low fluid levels, trans and coolant

I had to top off my coolant in 2021 and top off the powersteering fluid twice. The first time was right after I bought it and the second time was right after the dealer replaced the steering gear.

Did you top off the coolant after you bought it? Did you ever have to do it again or it seemed ok ?
