Does anyone happen to know if you can run your stock wheels with 35x12.50’s without any rubbing or clearance issues on the inside of the wheel with the AEV spacer lift?

Being you have the Mojave, you'll be okay with or without the spacer lift on 35x12.50x17's.

Some folks run 37's on stock Mojave wheels and no lift & okay.

Do you know if a wheel spacer is required? The 12.50’s will stick out a little more towards the inside of the wheel.

If you have a Mojave, they will fit fine with no rubbing. Mojave has wide track axles and slightly more offset on the stock wheels.

Your stock Falcon tire is basically an 11.50 in width, so going to a 12.50 is only going to add ~1/2" to the inside & ~1/2" towards the outside on your stock Mojave 17x7" wheels.

No spacer necessary.

My buddy runs that lift with that tire size on stock wheels on a max tow without issue. Your wheels have a little more offset so you’ll be golden.

Here is a 35x12.5x17 on a stock height Mojave. Wheels are 17x8.5, no rubbing issues. Wheels are zero offset so they stick out a tad more than a stock would, but you should be fine.

I have method 701s. The bead grip design is more than just marketing hype. Ive run my tires at 10pm i over rocks without spinner or losing a bead. It may also be helped by the fact that they’re 8.5” width on 39/13.50 wide tires but dont know
