Opened it up to find a big fat mouse nest. I power washed it with soap. Soaked it in vinegar for 2 days. Tried one of those enzyme sprays. Still can smell it. Any tricks? I think I'm just gonna let it sit in the sun for a couple months.

Putting it in a confined space with an ozone generator will get the smell out.
It cannot be in an inhabited space.
Most. detailers will have one. You can buy them on Amazon reasonably.

Forgot about ozone generators that might be a good idea. Is it safe to run those in the car if I put the soft top on and run it for 30

It will never go away. I bought a used Honda ATV four years ago, it had a dead mouse in the air filter box. If I take the seat off today I can still smell it.

I'm going to cover it in the garage and run the ozone generator for like a day. I'm ready for the nuclear options.

I know this works for skunk smell on a dog, almost instantly. If you do, try on a small spot first:
Mix 1 quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of dish soap, apply to the affected areas, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

I stupidly left my soft top in the garage this winter. Opened it up to find a big fat mouse nest. I'm sure it was in there for months. I power washed it with soap. Soaked it in vinegar for 2 days. Try a product called POOPH...find it at pet supply store or Chewy.com

When my wife was in a care facility, I learned of a super trick:

Put the soft top in the biggest bag you can find - somewhere it fits loosely - and put coffee grounds in low bowls around it. Leave it for a few days (or longer) and that will get rid of the smell.

And no, you don't want to use the coffee after...

I had a similar situation with my besttop supertop.
I laid it flat and scrubbed it with DAWN and a semi stiff bristle scrub brush.

Wow white vinegar and it still smells? Try Simple Green, soaking straight if need be. Good luck!
