Prolly been said before (I ain't going back to read through all the posts  ) and I'll be the smartass here but, didja ever try just slowing down ???:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:

In all honesty, during the winter when I have the sun panels in the wind noise is about the same, maybe a little less, as when I have the SunRider top in (and closed) during the spring/summer/early fall. I really don't notice an exorbitant amount of wind noise. Yeah, it's not Grand Cherokee quiet but still, not mind numbingly noisy either...

Yeah, that was suggested. FYI, the Interstates out here in the West have a 75 MPH speed limit. Going slower than 75 MPH can be downright dangerous.

I have a soft top with an Alu Cab and since it’s install I have a lot of air turbulence caused by the camper I have stuffed foam between the soft top and the bottom of the camper and it helps, I will be adding an air deflector on the near future hopefully it will eliminate the turbulence, will keep you updated

The wind noise has been manageable on mine with hard top and factory headliner. The only thing that gets on my nerves so far is a whistling sound that starts around 50 if there is no wind and around 40 if there is and I've been able to drown it out with music. Best I can tell its coming from one of the top corners of the windshield.
Take it to the dealership and have them add caulking.

I probably will here in a couple months. I'll probably take it to another dealership as I had an issue with the one I bought it from with a spare tire. They told me they would take care of it and they gave me the run around for 2 months. Wouldn't return calls, texts, or emails. I had to go in and track the sales guy down in the dealership to get any information about it. He assured me it was ordered and the parts manager would call me when it was in. Called the parts manager who had no idea what I was talking about and had no record of anything. Left a voicemail to the sales guy to have me a spare tire by the end of the day or I'd be involving Jeep. Ended up with one but had to take it to a guy I know who was able to get it seated on the bead properly and to the proper psi. So needless to say I don't trust the dealership to handle it properly.

I have to question whether Jeep thought to inject expanding foam into the voids in the roof panel, between the inner and outer skins to help insulate the roof? If not, has anyone thought to do this?

The problem with expanding foam is it absorbs moisture. In a vehicle, the foam can easily become waterlogged which creates multiple problems. And I doubt expanding foam would be much of a sound deadener.

Yeah, I found that out today. I have a Mopar bug deflector...but it doesn't seem to deflect bugs away from my windshield.
Mine doesn't seem to deflect bugs either.

Then you're using the wrong stuff. I sprayed some of the pest barrier expanding foam in a couple of spots exposed to weather - that was about 4 years ago. It is aged and brittle from the sun but it never took on water.
The spray-on foam insulation used under our sun room is water proof.

Has anyone directly compared the factory headliners with Hot Heads? I didn’t see a comparison in this thread.

When I’m feeling noise sensitive I get in my wife’s Volvo. :) Jeeps are badass. Many badass things are noisy, I find.

I have noticed a significant reduction in road noise when I drive slower.
