Anyone else been followed to a stop yet?

I've had people point, take pictures, ask me about it in various locations, go out of their way in the parking lot to walk around it, etc... The attention is a bit fun while it lasts. Makes it feel a bit more special to have one.

On the way home from work today, passed a guy in a 2dr JL Sport that was towing a bass boat that probably was way over what it was rated for. Next thing I know looking in my rear view mirror is the guy in the JL bobbing and weaving in traffic doing all he could do to catch up to me and then got beside me rubber necking something fierce ogling my JT.

I live in Wake Forest! About 4-6 weeks ago, we saw a Red Gladiator a couple of times around town and it was driving us crazy since we didn't have ours yet! I wonder if that was you?!?! My wife and mother-in-law saw it twice in one day. Friggin' small world! This is us:

i was at Dunkin Donuts this morning and came out and this lady was taking pics of my JT! LOL I told her "HEYYY! I CHARGE FOR THAT"!!!! she was laughing! i showed her the inside and we talked jeeps! - very cool jeepers out there that appreciate other jeeper's jeeps!

A friend of ours had a rather large get together the other night and we had gone with the doors and top off. As I was getting ready to go (was waiting for my wife and her "midwesterner" goodbyes) a very attractive young lady just jumped up in the passenger seat and started asking questions and telling me how much she loved the Gladiator. Lucky thing for me (or maybe for her..lol) I do not have a jealous wife and she just laughed about it with me on the way home.

When I first got it I would tell my wife about how many people would stop me to ask about it and take pictures, etc and she didn't actually believe me until the first time we went somewhere together in the Gladiator and 5 different people wanted to ask questions and take pictures of it in the span of one grocery store trip.

A guy came up to me, showed me a picture of his 68 JT w the rhino grille, beautiful paint. I'm all jealous. His paint is great. But he's like no you have the older year. Then he gets very concerned, "I need to fix my seats". He must have peeped my original style upholstery on the bench seat. Wants to know my upholstery guy. Old guy resto problems!

I was at a controlled stop light a biker on a dressed up Harley who had been behind me for a few miles surprised me, I thought he was going to pass me at the light or bitch me out for something... he stopped next to me yelled through my open rear left window “Excuse Me’’ I rolled down the front window... I was talking on the Jeep in car phone to my realtor... he said ‘’is this the Gladiator?’’... I answered S*** I thought I pissed you off! As he rolled off my realtor and I shared a good laugh... he heard the whole thing! Ya never know what surprise the JT will bring next!
