After putting 35's on my stock sport S and recalibrating speedometer with jscan, my shifting points from 4th to 5th really go too long going up a slight hill on the highway. If I keep up with traffic at a moderate pace, 4th will shift to 5th at about 3500 to 4000 rpms. If I shift manually at about 2500 rpms, acceleration is good.

Have any of you guys noticed this in your 8 speed?

I have not. What measurement did you put into Jscan?

I felt shifting has only improved. I will pay more attention going up a hill next time and let you know.

I believe it was 33.250. I had to keep going down from 34 because my tires measured 33.875 exactly but my gps speedometer didn't match my jscan correction. So I kept going down in size until my speedometer was right on the money.

I have nearly those same specs, and my tires measured 34.6", and I think I went with 34.25" on my Jscan. I checked it with GPS and it's about 1/2-1 mph off.
