What I really like is that one of the wires in the cab is a power wire that works with your ignition. I have my dash cam on it... it’s awesome not hunt for a wire like that.
I haven’t even used any of my 4 switches, but I loved being able to wire my CB to the in-cab ignition wire. My CB has a memory function that will do the same thing (CB on or off) the last time it saw power. This way I won’t come out the next day to a dead battery in the truck because I forgot to turn the CB off, but it will also power up automatically once the truck has ignition.

I’m having my dealer install the aux switches when they come in . Do they have the footwell hook up too like the factory installed aux switches.

They do, but you don't get the two hot wires that are included with the factory installed AUX switches.
