Keep us informed with your progress. I will do the same. This is my first time taking off a bumper and putting on a winch. Definitely a learning experience.
I got mine put together this past weekend on my 24 Mojave

getting the bumper off was very easy. The fog light connector was a little tricky as they changed it in the 24’s.

I was able to use all of the hardware that came with the winch plate and did not have to buy anything else.

It wasn’t bad but there are some gaps in the online videos I watched and the Grimm instructions.

the stock skid mounting plate bolts did not have enough bite when the winch plate was installed. You have to use the bolts provided in winch plate kit otherwise they will strip at 40lb-ft.

Connecting the fairlead mount was interesting as well.

Those were the things that stuck out to me.

You can get Adventure Labs disconnect mount. Very clean and works with the included disconnect switch.

Did it take you a while for it to arrive? I ordered mine over a week ago and all I got was an order received email and nothing since. I figured it would have at least shipped by now.

I’m still waiting to install my Apex 12k. My MP Concepts bumper’s winch plate is garbage so I ordered a Warn winch plate. It arrived yesterday and was literally missing the winch plate. It had everything in the box minus the winch plate itself. I have another one coming Tuesday. This is what came in the box.

It's been a couple years, December '23, since I had ordered and installed, but looking at emails, 2 days between order and shipping, but it came by USPS ground, so it took about a week to arrive.

Ok thank you. I’ll follow up with them. It could be one of those things where it just shows up. I have that happen sometimes.

I ordered
Mine a couple weeks ago. They are actually waiting for some more pieces from manufacturing so they can get their batch to powder coating. They could not give me a day when it’s shipped.

Ahh. Thank you. Maybe, I’ll zip tie it in place temporarily.
That’s what I did.

edited my post above. I mis remembered. They were waiting for more parts to finish up in manufacturing before they send them over for powder coating.

Thanks. I just emailed them to ask for an update. This actually makes me feel better than if they just lost my order or something.

Finally home and able to open the box. Noticed I had a additional UPS package with one small plate. Looks like they knew one was missing and sent it. Great company.

The same thing with me.

the spacer came about a week later. I didn’t end up needing it but was still impressed they knew and shipped it out separately without me having to ask or wonder why I only had 1!

Good to know that it was not needed for your install. So that might be that same for mine. Cool.

I got the AAL disconnect mount but the placement of the mounting holes don’t exactly match those of the HF disconnect switch. I tried rotating the switch and just couldn’t get the holes to match up enough for the bolts to fit.

Has anyone had this experience or have any tips on how to make this work?
