Got a roll top cover and using a light it seems sealed in all areas but tail gate and the bed itself has a couple spots open, is there a "kit" to seal the tail gate area? Has anyone been able to do this?

TIA

No kit specific to Gladiators. You can get ESI Ultimate Tailgate Seal kits off amazon and at your local auto parts stores. They work ok, but our gates have bigger than normal gaps at the upper and lower corners. I've gone through 2 kits now trying to get my tailgate sealed up and it's still not fully sealed. This last time I bought just the large sized bulb and used that, much better but still not 100%, so I'm still on the hunt for something better.

I find that whatever I use on the lower edge of the tailgate eventually gets pushed away and falls off because of how the tailgate closes. It doesn't push into the seal, it rolls into it and slowly peels it away.

For the holes in the bed by the tie downs, I just used some butyl tape over them. I never did notice any dust or water coming through them, but you can see light through them so I imagine I just hadn't been in anything duty enough.

I’ve had the exact same experience on my installs as well. I’m about to go medieval and just two part epoxy the seals in place. LOL it works great for a while and then disbonds no matter how much prep I do.

I've got a 3M adhesion promoter that I originally bought for a trunk lid spoiler on an old car of mine. I've used it for other weather stripping in the past and it worked great (almost too good), so I think I'm going to keep playing with different types of bulbs until I find that ideal seal, and then use the promoter for final install. I might also add one of those tailgate gap cover thingermajiggys as an added layer, but I've read that they eventually end up keeping too much memory in the closed position and can become problematic.

Besides the seals others posted above for the sides, I used a full tailgate gap seal for the tailgate bottom gap. The others didn't hold well in that spot, this completely covers it. I also taped over the various drain holes since I was putting a cap camper on top. I could never get the top gaps in the tailgate to block dust well, but it was minimal. If you're doing a tonneau YMMV for the better.

If you're at all considering a bed rug in your future, just do that instead, it sealed the tailgate much better than the seal kits.
