I just ponied up on some 38 x 13.50's on beadlocks and I like to carry the spare in the bed when trailing.
Does anybody have a good solution to secure a 38" spare, layed flat in the bed? Mainly just to keep it from sliding around. Amazon has a couple of the Y-Ratchet Straps, and I came across this one as well:
https://speedstrap.com/product/2-hd-3-point-spare-tire-tie-down-with-swivel-hooks/
I wouldn't be opposed to a setup like this either:

I have a tri-fold bed cover that I'd like to keep, so the vertical mounts aren't an option at this point. I dont' have anything against Overland Racks, but they just aren't my style.
I'm just looking for some ideas.
