After 10 days of building, the wife and I took a rest day.

Her 2018 manual trans Punkin JL Sahara with black leather interior has new bumpers, 2" AEV Spacer lift, 295/70/R18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2's in load range C, the Badland Apex 12k winch, an alignment, and a tire size recalibration using a AEV Procal Snap. We've yet to install the Rough Country MLC-6 Switch Controller and the bumper fogs and cowl spots are on backorder for a month.

My 2020 auto Gator JT Rubicon with tan leather interior has the 2" Mopar lift, BFG KO2 315/70/17 in load range C, the Badland Apex 12k winch, the Warn Mid-height hoop, and of course an alignment and tire size recalibration.
My bumper forehand cowl spots are backordered until the end of the month.

What's next? Not sure. Exhausts... probably Borla S-Type.

Setting up both to pull behind the motorhome.

Hood decal names are ordered.

Spring will bring soft top options, Spiderwebshades most likely.

Looking at tube door options, window tint, other minor things. Bonnie needs some rails because the plastic Sahara steps ain't cutting it.

I already have the recovery gear, trauma kits, fire extinguishers from previous builds.

Over 30 years of Jeeping, but never tried to do two at once. Doesn't seem cheap.

All I've done so far with them, in the two days that I've had them installed, is spool them out and back in under load. I like that the first 10 wraps or so are red so you know when you're running out. Every bit of it feels like quality. There's are some YouTube vids of guys using them pretty hard.

On both trucks it was a very easy install.

On my JT's steel bumper, it was only a matter of disconnecting the fog light harness and unbolting the 8 bolts. This was after taking off the skid plate.

Mount the winch plate but leave every bolt loose until all bolts are on. Then tighten. On the Rugged Ridge plate there are 4 round bolt holes and 4 slotted, for the winch to mount to. I found the slotted centered the Apex winch better.

The rest was pretty straightforward, no surprises.

My wife's winch install was even easier.

Tyger rails and a new antenna for the JL. Then the wife made a wreath out of the spare with lights for Christmas, with an Elf on the Light Bar.

Love the spare tire mod! I might have to steal that for my JK.

Great, thanks.

Added a couple American flags to Bonnie's rear side glass. Mike @Jeepsticker.biz is a great guy and always sends freebies.

Nice! You ever get that Borla S-Type exhaust? That’s seems to be the direction I’m leaning for my JTR.
