Hey everyone - wondering what everyone is doing with brakes controllers. What are you using?

Does the 3014-P tekonsha harness work?
Does the Redarc controller work with that harness if you cut plug off and splice or is there another harness?

Looking for right harness to go with Redarc or some other option that don't include the knee smasher style.

Thanks -

I will be using Prodigy RF wireless. Heard nothing but good things about them from actual users that I know.

Check out the Curt Spectrum. It is the same concept having a small remote dial. Unlike the Redarc, the Curt dial can be surface mounted, no drilling required. You can get the controller and a harness that makes it truly plug and play, no splicing.

Thought about this one but not really a place for it in the cabin.

I mounted the main unit on the black plastic frame on the firewall.

Interesting, I was set to go with Redarc but found the surface mount option to broaden the possibilities. Some ideas below , good luck with your project.

I was afraid someone would ask but I don't. I mixed them up and got weird icons on the dash and knew I screwed up. Ask your dealer to print off a wire schematic, that's what I had to do.

For those using the 3014-p harness, is it truly plug and play with no issues? I see some folks post that it works great, but others say it works but throws errors when the manual brake is used.

I have a Primus IQ controller on my WK that I was thinking of just swapping back and forth depending on what I'm driving.
