Building my own flush tail lights

I have my cheddah set aside, so I'm ready.

My fellow Gladiator owners around me are going to lose their shit when they see these on my truck.

So, where are you at for the design?

Behind.... Got to make the slots deeper and wider for more LEDs

Plan is for LEDs to be side mounted and have them on each side of the slot....but I have to make the tail light thicker for this

Did a complete redesign from ground up. I know hardly anyone will be able to tell....

Made things look more proportional, moved the mount for the light to the other side to allow for Blindspot sensors whenever I get around to designing that set...

Made the led channel deeper so that I can mount the LEDs to the side of the channel to help eliminate seeing individual LEDs.

Made the GLADIATOR word big.... Plan is to make a lens for the word so that debris don't get into the housing....

I made the lens spread the light out so that is looking really good!!! I'll take video soon .... Maybe tonight....

I'm still battling the design... But think I might have it under control soon....

I'm still working on the programming for the lights.... Learning C+ code is fun lol.
