I have a Gladiator Mojave and l’m swapping out my factory front bumper for a aftermarket stubby. Planning on changing over to LED fogs while I’m at it. Should I buy a new fog light wiring harness, so that I can sell the factory bumper, halogen fogs and wiring as a set? Is there any value in it?

No. Are you adding LED lights with resistors?

Not a lot of value - but I bought a harness for mine because harvesting the wiring out of the plastic bumper is a pain in the #@$% and- I keep the stock bumper for if/when I ever trade.
I wish I had the extra harness when I swapped bumpers on my 2020 - as when I traded it for my 22 I ended up having to put that harness back in the original bumper and put the bumper back on (they didn't want my mods, any of them)
I got smart with my 22 and bought a harness for the steel bumper - which meant it clipped perfectly into the steel bumper holes for the harness and I didn't have to take apart that plastic bumper at all.
If I ever trade my 22 for a different Jeep - I can slap that bumper back on in minutes and not have to string a harness back into it.

It all depends - I always keep the stock parts as dealers around here often want stuff returned to stock. And if my wife's JLU gets smacked into, I have a perfect bumper to stick right on it and plug the harness in and go, done. My take-offs can be spare parts for her stock JLU.

You can usually get more money as a set, but halogen lights are not very desirable unless in an area that deals with heavy snow. If you have the space, put them in storage for later. I would recommend Amber LED foglights. Unless you buy a set with resistors to mimic halogen draw, be sure to change the computer (Jscan) to LED before you try to turn them on.

OEM bumpers go for around $100 in my area. You will need to splice into OEM fog connector (big gray piece) if you want to use the fog light button inside the vehicle as most aftermarket LED's harnesses are not compatible with OEM connector and the ones that are compatible are expensive. I just did a bumper/fog light swap. I spliced into the OEM harness and tossed the bumper. If you;re worried about swapping back for trade-in, FB marketplace is always swarmed with them when the time comes.
