There are so many loan forgiveness programs and other options right now. You would have to be a utter spoon to burn up you jeep for that reason.

Cats set the operators foot on fire? Wonder where he ever ended up.
Two most common fire failure mods ive seen as going out on the beach and not airing down then using the skinny pedal to try to get out. Plastic fittings in the autotrans get hot and blow out dumping hot atf on hot cats. Hilarity ensues.
Second mode is front end colision pushes axle into sump which voids onto cats, hilarity ensues.
This is hard to say but likely electrical.
