It means take your service advisor a bottle of crown or Johnny walker and they’ll do it, if it’s possible.

@JeepCares I spoke to my dealer today on my 2020 Mojave and they told me no open bulletins. Some help on this with a bulletin or TSB would be nice.

They want you to FEEL like they can help. But all they’ll do is strike your ego and make you feel good about getting messed over.

Find a good dealer, a good service writer, and take them a bottle of at least, Johnny Walker Black.

Then, when you have an issue, they’ll take care of you. Take them a bottle every 6 months. Seriously.

Some more info on this front, there is a TSB for the Mojave’s which do not have this option available. In order to make It work, the TSB instructs the dealer to update the Drive Train Control Module to the latest version and It should then work. Had my dealer check out my 2020 Rubi and he told me my DTCM is up to date (no updates available when hooked up). My transmission and ABS weren’t the latest but that would have nothing to do with It….

@JeepCares is It even possible for the 2020 Rubicons to enable this option? Even if we pay up?!?! If so what needs to be done?!? (My dealer wasn’t sure, said they would look into It)

Yeah I know, some of the stuff tazers do is super clean, some of It is hack job (ie. The lockers in 4hi, the dash still blinks and tells you to switch to 4 Lo, yet It locks, sometimes the dash endlessl flickers, gives warnings,, constantly toggles FCW on and off, someof the latest firmware updates It doesn’t work at all), hack job…. Other part of It is just principle as discussed previously….

Plan on getting it done next time to the dealer. I asked about doing this, and the service tech knew nothing of this TSB. Will take a copy of it to the dealer next time.
