I did White Rim on motorcycles last year it my 2 boys. We did 135ish miles from fuel stop to fuel stop. We fueled at the North end of Moab.
Entered via 279, by the Potash ponds, then Telma and Louise point. Exited on the 313.
Definitely fun, but pretty grueling.
Take plenty of fluids and understand there is little to no shade, basically no shade. At one point we were sitting in the shade of the outhouse along the trail.
Now for fluid, take what you think you'll need and double it, now your close, but double it again. If your not from the area you need to realize it is very dry there compared to other regions.
Being in a rig where you can hide and enjoy the AC will definitely help, vs being on motorcycles.
It is very scenic, I'll probably do it again, but never in 1 day. 2 on motorcycles, and maybe 3 in a rig, would be my suggestion. Then you can go slow and really enjoy the area.
