I bought my Gladiator June of 2020 and within the first 2,000 miles the auto start/stop warning light was coming on. Since then, the check engine & ass warning lights come on nearly every single time I start it up. It has been I. The shop numerous times and once they even had it for 4 weeks! They have replaced both batteries, cam shaft sensor and a couple of other parts! The service manager said I should trade it in, I have been working with Jeep cares for over 6 months! They referred me to a 3rd party arbitrator and the case was last week but we didnāt win because he said itās drivable! Itās on now and going back to the shop tomorrow but I have called Jeep cares 3 days in a row & they will not call me back, the person I talked to today said I should be able to get a call back same day and she was emailing higher up managers to call me⦠guess what! Still no call back! I think Jeep should make this right, I should not have to worry that my 1 year old vehicle is going to break down literally every time I drive it! And advice?
