Does anyone use a jeep gladiator sport s or overland stock as a daily driver? If so what do you think about it? Mpg? Drive comfort? Anything you hate? Love?

So far so good. Honestly speaking, the 2017 GMC Canyon I traded in for it was a better highway truck but I knew that going in. It's louder (road noise inside) and does wander a bit, but when I've got the freedom panels off and all the windows open (haven't had good enough weather to go completely naked) it's like nothing else.

I'm getting just under 18 mpg, that's doing over 70mph for the majority of my 45 mile round trip daily commute.

I drove three jeeps depending on what I am doing, fishing or a little bumming around i drive my cherokee, or kayaking i drive my 2014 lifted, 4 door rubicon, or if just around town or a short trip I drove the rubicon gladiator depends on my mood and what I am doing plus I spread the mileage around

Overland here. 2k miles in. Last vehicle was a 2014 Grand Cherokee Summit. So far, ride is smoother than anticipated but much louder. MPG is good. Cool factor 500% over JGC.
Pros: I can haul whatever I want. Updated tech. Cool factor.
Cons: Windshield noise. Wife wants to drive it

Pro: I average 23+ mpg with my daily commute over 3000 miles since June purchase. 70 miles round trip 5 days a week. Seats are very comfortable. I dig the stereo a lot. I open the top as much as possible. Love the “auto” setting for the air conditioning.

Cons: Wandering steering, no storage bag available for the rear window yet, only right side of windshield fogs up in the morning

The drive comfort for me is not so great unfortunately...yet....Iv posted in here about it and searched the wrangler forums and still searching for a solution to the headroom issue being 6'5...the seats not having much adjustment stinks in my opinion...looking for a solution in the aftermarket seat world or maybe some fabrication....not a problem for most but just another example of being to big for everything ......but I like everything else about the truck...the convertible factor the looks the ride are all awesome! I just wish I had way more room...in my little 2016 GMC Terrain I fit great and it's alittle Suv.....just my feedback

I've mostly been daily driving my Gladiator since I picked it up on July 12th. Saturday, I took off my 3-piece hard top because the weather for the week looked like it would be dry. The weather turned out to be more rainy than expected, so I ended up driving my trusty Hyundai Genesis Coupe for most of the week. The first thing I noticed was how much I've adapted to driving a taller vehicle. All of a sudden, driving my Hyundai felt like driving a Go-Cart. Gas mileage is slightly better with the Hyundai, but not by too much. I average around 20-21 MPG with the Gladiator, and 22-24 with the Hyundai. Steering and road handling is nicer in the Hyundai, but the adaptive cruise and other driver aids with the Gladiator help make up the difference.
Ultimately, comparing daily driving vehicles will depend on the differences between your Gladiator and the vehicle you're switching from. Driving an old Jeep YJ or a late model sports car are night and day, but the Gladiator probably feels closer to the late model sports car than a 30 year old Jeep.

Absolutely love it....it’s a Jeep not a Lexus! There is wind noise, road noise, etc. what more could you ask for besides the rear window bag that should have come with it.
