My 2.3 awning was delivered yesterday. Due to the hurricane bearing down on me I was busy preparing for that and didn’t mount it up. It did check it out, great quality, nice hardware and looks very well made right down to the cover.

The beast has arrived. Obviously no one will have the same driver but mine was amazing. His truck had a 35' trailer. Sometimes they have slightly smaller ones but don't expect a box truck. According to the box Net Weight is 225 and Gross is 242. I'm unpacking now but I'm sure that includes other stuff such as the aux room.

Hmm, I got the 72” one and this XL box looks like it might fit in the back of my JT without removing my cap

Do you know the height of that box by chance?

They should all be the same regardless of size as the folded width is always 48" for all models.

Not going to lie, I would of loved to mount it this way if it wasn't that wide. You could throw on the annex and have covered access to the bed.

Mine’s coming tomorrow. In the mean time I half forgot I had ordered this too… can’t believe some folks pay close to $300 for it…. It’s nice but I have an adapter that turns my M18 batteries into lights that work better than this and that’s like $30.

Hey now, my advice was for the large, not the XL. That thing is way too fat to put back there.
That being said I'm in a mess when my stuff shows up. I have no idea why I bought a 99" awning. The XL is 87" I think, you'll need to get a full height rack and overhang above the cab by ~24".

I'm going let it overhang, if you count back to the bumper you only overhang by a foot at most.

Ordered a 99" awning on Monday for $150, then a matching screen room and solid wall room for $115 during yesterday's flash sale. I was considering just getting a 10x10 straight leg pop-up for camping, but this will be a cooler setup. Thanks for the heads-up OP!

How long did it take for those of you with larger (freight) shipments to get a shipping confirmation? My order from yesterday is already on the way via UPS, but the awning is still unshipped.
