Decent half roof rack?

Is there a decent half roof rack out there that will allow me to put some stuff on the rear roof of the cab, but not block the freedom panels, but doesn't cost a fortune?

There are a couple threads on here for em. Most recent is MonoKing half rack. I’ve also looked at Xtrusion Overland racks for the rear half. A Google search will turn up a plethora at different price points. Just have to pick your poison.

Edit- Sorry, confused roof rack with bed rack. I looked around like you but was wanting something that also worked with a locking retractable tonneau cover. I found this at SyneticUSA It is aircraft grade aluminum cover with the rack mounted through Tslots in the cover rails. It has dual key locks also.

Mine had a half roof rack when I bought it used. Upon looking closely, the previous owner had bought a full sized DV8 rack and cut it down to fit. Looks good but now has some rust on the edges.

Those look really good quality. Might contact to see if they have just a rear rack option. @GI Grandpa do you currently have one of these?

Yes. The rack is two pieces and you can just run the rear if you want to remove your freedom panels.

Thanks!!! Those pics give a better rendering of the way the rack is set up. I’ll bet you could run just that longer front section back on the rear and have it come about 1/4 onto the front freedom panels too. That’s pretty much exactly what I’ve been looking for.
