Safford Jeep in Fredericksburg, VA. They matched Criswell's 6% off invoice so I stayed local. They had sold an LE that morning for $10K over sticker so they were feeling generous when I walked through the door. Criswell beat Tri-City and Koons couldn't match Tri City. I can break those numbers down for anyone interested in the mid-Atlantic region.

I'd like to see the numbers breakdown when you get a minute, including the doc fees, and if you used fca affiliate or any other specials. Did you have the golden ticket for $1000 off?
I'm wondering what camera you are using for your pics, if that might make a difference. The bed looks much lighter in some pics than in others.

I think they have some pretyped responses that they either select or copy and paste for some situations, but I've seen typos in some of my chats. So I think they are people that have some prescripted answers.

Here's my little cheat sheet I used to track the info I gathered, as of 10/01. I'm sure there are other data points that might give the decision some nuance, but this is what I boiled it down to. Criswell seems the best deal since they do not require dealer financing and their doc fee is the lowest. Julius and Ash will be your POCs. I have to say, however, both Craig from Koons and Travis from Tri City were fantastic as well and respond quickly to email. Koons will have no wiggle room to negotiate on forum orders. I didn't ask Tri City to match Criswell so I'm not sure if they can come down .. not a lot of daylight between the two. I learned of all three from silently trolling these forums on a daily basis for the past three or four months and I was open with all three about which other dealers I was reaching out to. They are not afraid to compete. At the end of the day, my local dealer agreed to match Criswell, otherwise I would have bought from Ash.

No golden ticket for me, just the TL affiliate code. Camera was just my iPhone XR. Had to have my 16 year old daughter teach me how to use it so take those pictures for what they are worth. I'll take more when I pick it up this weekend.

Went ahead and placed an order today for my Gator Rubicon. I wanted cloth interior, black hard top and black fenders and pretty much every other option maxed out. Sales person put the order in today I can post progress as another data point how things are turning out.

I was going to wait another year before getting a Gladiator, but I was surprised with some very positive lifestyle-changing news the past month. I was fortunate enough to transfer to a new position with my company where I relocate out of expensive-AF California (7 years was enough) to Colorado. I'm beyond psyched that I'll be able to afford a house with a garage like a normal person, and I won't have to sit in 4 hours of traffic to go wheeling and camping. So in the past 48 hours, and in the midst of packing our lives up in 5 days, we sold my partner's Mini convertible because it's not going to be practical in that environment (I hated it anyway), and ordered a JT to go with our JL. So we'll have two 4x4s for daily driving in a colder climate, but even better we'll be able to take both Jeeps out and be each other's trail buddies, help carry camp gear and have more margin of safety should a recovery situation arise.

I ordered from Pollard Jeep in Boulder with FCA affiliate through my employer @ 1% below invoice. The sales guy was very responsive, straightforward and a Jeep guy himself, not just a car salesman that was selling Kias last month. He quoted 45 days, so we'll see. Would be nice to have to tow our camper on our Christmas/new years desert trip to NM and TX.

Thanks for the pics of the production gator @GlacierGladiator and @FXB101. Like a lot of folks I was confused between the build tool rendering and the Wayout concept, but I'm feeling pretty confident what to expect, like a dark khaki/light olive. I'm kind of glad it's not your typical forest green, and I think it will look great in a two-tone scheme with the black top and fenders.

Well, I think those pictures helped me make up my mind. It looks great but not as green as i had hoped it to be. I’m going to be ordering a Rubicon Diesel in Hydro Blue.

i saw on a few other color club forums that the bedliner was delaying progress of some orders. Im JB as well, but nothing showing on the build sheet or tracker for me.

Where do you get the "nickname" for the tracker?? FCA chat have that?
