I haven't received a VIN yet. Ordered on Wednesday though. I spoke with jeep chat Thursday and they suggested I check back on Monday if I haven't heard anything yet. I also texted my sales manager to send me the VIN if he happens to get it first. Has anyone received a VIN for gator yet?

I ordered Monday. Got VON from dealer and he only gave first 8 digits of VIN. Connected to Jeepchat where they gave me full VIN and status. If you have the Vehicle Order Number try the chat link here to get VIN and status. Got to have the VON.

I’m in D status. In scheduling, no ETA, will be scheduled for build when all parts available. I ordered Rubi w dual top.

I think based on this post from one of the other threads https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/gator-gladiator-can-now-be-ordered.22000/page-4 I think all of us who ordered our Gators this week need to chill (and I'm about ready to explode with anticipation/excitement to get some sort of news on mine) because I don't think they're going to be doing anything with our orders for awhile. I'd guess they have a bunch of Hydro Blues and Gobis they need to get out of the way before they'll start on the Gators.. but hopefully we'll get to see a pic of a paint test vehicle soon to calm us down while we continue to bide our time

So not much to clarify but I'm told its about scheduling and other things.
"They arrange / schedule certain orders for efficiency on part usage and paint colors"
"Like...they don't build a bunch of diesel vehicles all at once or...a bunch of low production vehicles all at once...or exports either."
Gladiators are built in 2 plants at the same location.
"First plant is supplier owned/run. They mfg. body, paint it & buildup frame/chassis. Then body & frame go next door and are married together and final assembled."
Like I said not much new info other then it just takes time since they need to build all models, trims & colors on the same assembly line.

The good news is that I might have a picture soon from the paint line of the gator color.

Not to brag but I was also told that once i place my order Sunday that there is a good possibility that mine will be will be moved up in line . The person I know will also walk it down the line too.
I'll post a picture as soon as I can get one from the plant.

I drove my dealer nuts with the phone calls. I was able to place the order 9/20 ! Anyone else?
VIN issued 9/24.

I think Gator with Softtop was originally all that was available until last week, so shouldn't be a problem.

I know a couple of weeks back there were some "secret sources" that confirmed Gobi and Blue were rolling through production. Has any of those "secret sources" confirmed gator rolling through the line or received confirmation that their build has begun? one wink YES, two winks NO..
