The shop that installed my lift did a front end alignment. It is recommend that you have one after a suspension modification. Change of tire or wheels not as critical.

The only alignment setting that changes when you lift it is caster, which is corrected with the included lower control arms.

The steering wheel will be off center and throw stability control codes, but that is a simple adjustment to the drag link, no machinery required.
