9171 miles when it stranded me, the wife, and two kids on a trail last Saturday. Three hours of winching over rocks, two 8 miles trips on a tow strap (one Saturday night to the staging area and one Sunday morning to a nearby rest area), and a trip on a roll back later, we made it to the dealership. I had the tow truck driver drop it right in front of the service department's front door. Monday's call was great. "Sir, we have your Gladiator here, and it, um, won't start." Yeah, no sh*t, that's why it there. At least it's under warranty, but no loaner and if I want a rental, I have to front the money and wait for reimbursement. The timeline for parts is currently unknown. New hood decals are on order to replace the Rubicon ones. They read "STRAND ME AGAIN...". If it strands me again it's going straight to CarMax. While it sits at the dealership, I'm going to figure out what I can do to make sure this never happens again. At least FCA is fixing it, but come on, a seven month old vehicle shouldn't have a fuel pump go out. I had zero issues with the two previous Super Duty Powerstrokes and the EcoDiesel in our Grand Cherokee. Guess the fourth roll of the CP4 dice is the one that got me.

First one went at 1800 miles, second one just went at 12000 miles. Did get a Mojave as a loaner.

35k so far. I use 2oz of edt every fill up. And I don’t let it run below 1/4 tank. Less air bubbles in the fuel the better

17,500 so far and no issues other than an egr code that they have to order a new sensor part for. I haven't used a single additive either.

13,000k with no diesel specific issues - starting to use EDT when it shows up today - it can't hurt anything.

I should never have googled CP4 failures. How many miles do you have on your ecodiesel and have you had any HPFP related issues? I'm at 15,500 and no problems
13084 and going strong. I use Diesel Service at least every other fillip so there’s always some in the tank. My last fill up was 19.6 gallons, so it was safe to say I only had about a gallon left. I did not use it on this fillip and I can tell it sounds different.

I used the same regiment on my Dodge Cummings has over 200,000 miles on it and it runs like a top.

Just under 13,000. I started running hot shot’s every day treatment two fill ups ago - the engine sounds different now. Almost quieter if that makes any sense, or maybe it’s just me.

Also keep in mind, this forum is a very small representation of this power plant in the JT…. But even then check out this poll…

https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...e-post-if-no-issues.57497/page-9#post-1007514

More people saying everything is fine than people saying they’ve had issues.

There’s another thread out there about a possible recall of the CP4, but I haven’t seen anything official.
