I have a 22 JTRD with a Clayton 3.5" lift and 37 x 12.5-17 Cooper SST tires. If you have the same setup, I am curious as to which shocks you are running. The local Jeep shop that ordered and installed my setup installed Fox reservoir shocks (985-24-187) on the front that are , according to Fox, for a JL with a 4.5"-6" lift. I double checked the rear shocks (985-24-229) and they are the correct ones. When I spoke to the service manager at Fox, he told me that since this front shock is for a taller lift, that it has to be compressed a lot more when installed on a 3.5" lift so I am going to have a stiffer ride and not as much travel as I should with the correct shock. I originally thought maybe it was because of the added weight of the diesel but the springs in the diesel specific lift handle the weight not the shocks. Guess I'll be calling the shop on Tuesday morning.....

I use SDI E-Clicks, definitely love them with my 3.5 diesel Clayton kit. You can dig around a bit, I’ve written about them in my build thread and the SDI thread on here.
