I just had the cover removed, how long should I wait?
For the rear, as long as everything gets up to operating temp a few times you should be good. I believe that’s what really seals the deal along with correct torque specs.
So, same for the front cover?
Id assume so but may have to trail it a bit to get those temps up. Dont hold me to this as im not very scientific. It’s just what makes sense to me. If I can drive it or shoot it I’m good. If I have to find the square root of pi divided by the mass of Newtons apple I’m lost. Seems like a lot of vehicle stuff is like that these days.
