Correct, the sway bar links and front lower control arm are exactly the same size as the sport s with the tow package.

The ride is still good with the rubicon springs and FOX shocks but you can feel the road a little more but feels tighter if that makes sense.
I will take a picture of the spring tags in the morning,
To hot at 111degrees in the shade right now to crawl under there
@Jtleng were you able to get pics of those spring numbers? Thank you!

So I’m thinking by way of your description, upgrading to the rubicon springs/fox shocks took the boat mushiness away...if that makes sense...

These are from the rubicon springs
You will notice the number is bigger on the springs for the passenger side because they are about 3/4 to 1 in longer then the drivers side.

These are from the sports s with cheap tow package.

??? For real, the passenger side spring is longer? I don't think i've seen that before although i don't have much truck experience.

Thank you so much!!, appreciate you doing that! I found a set of rubicon take off coil springs as well as the rubicon fox shocks that I can get for 250-300, no other parts included.... but if all other parts are the same I think I can’t pass it up. Gain an inch and lose the boat floatiness

Ok y’all! Consensus on this... pay 250 for rubi take off springs and rubi factory fox shocks... or save for 2” mopar lift (or terraflex, etc), or just replace shocks with falcon shocks for stock suspension? I love my JT, but I do not love the boat float it has.... thanks for your opinions! @steffen707 @Jtleng

Who's doing the work for the lift? $250 is cheap for Rubicon setup. Teraflex or Mopar 2" will be much more expensive.

@steffen707 i found the rubi shocks and coil springs (only), they were asking $500... and gradually decreased to $300, I offered $250 and they said yes... If I get them I will be doing it in my driveway or at my uncles house on a lift (he’s a mechanic). The lifts are definitely much more expensive and though I’d love one, my dog is about to be 9 and I don’t want to make it so high he can’t get in because he goes everywhere with me all the time. I do how ever want to get rid of the boats floaty feeling.... just can’t decide if that will take care of it or if it’s more the shocks specifically.... if that makes sense...? So 250 is awesome, but not if it improves that issue. (And it’s not terrible by any means, just something I don’t really care for in a ride... I LOVE my Gladiator, that’s just something I prefer to be stiffer)

Well it's been posted on here that the only difference between sport and Rubicon suspension is the shocks and springs, so for $250 that's all you need. If you've got access to a lift I would just swap in the Rubicon suspension and see if you like it. I'm guessing the Mopar 2" lift feels like a regular Rubicon just 2" higher.

That's total speculation on my part.

Well I bought them! I live in Delaware, but from Virginia... they were for sale back home, so my nieces are picking them up today, so I’ll get them in a couple weeks and hopefully be able to go over and install them at my uncles shop while I’m there... @steffen707 you will probably have your gladiator and take offs installed before me, so let me know what you think..

I think they should either buy a 2" Mopar upgrade kit, or buy a rubicon take off.

I got mine from a Floridian who was in California who flew to Iowa, drove to Wisconsin then back to Florida. You don't have to have somebody close by, but it helps, lol
awww c'mon, really?

Oh I dunno, I don't have access to a lift, I'm not really motivated to do the suspension install first, gunna work on other mods I think.
