Disable the daytime halos

Tazer can disable the halos, I assume all the programmers can do that. What is unique to the tazer is it can also has a "Dark mode", which turns of ALL the lights, interior and exterior. The only thing is, it's mainly meant for use while parked, and it disengages at 5mph or above for safety reasons.

Someone had posted a funny post on here with Pizza boxes covering the lights as they were at a drive in movie and could not run the stereo to listen to the movie without the lights being on. I just ordered the Tazer because I would also like to turn them off. Hope it works.

Old thread, but now that I finally installed my OEM LED Headlights.....

You can disable the Halos by setting this to "Not Set":

Signature Lamps or Mirror Repeater Present - Pin A5 & Pin A7: Not Set

Options are Signature Lamp, Mirror Repeater, and Not Set. Pin A5 and A7 are the BCM pins the "4th wire" for Halos on the light plug run to.

One setting people miss when adding OEM LEDs is this:

Quad Headlamps Enable: Yes

It is set to No with halogens. Set to Yes, as a factory LED truck is, it makes the low beams stay on when you turn on the high beams. Super bright combined.
