If they are like Sam's Club, they won't install anything bigger than stock.

If they don't mount the wheels on the car, they will install anything. Bring in the wheels, they mount them, I put them on. I've got an impact gun, torque wrench and floor jack. It takes 15 minutes.

From then on if it needs any service, they will work on the car. I've only had to do this once.

We got your point the first time you bashed @Discount Tire and you've certainly shown yourself to be an unhappy non @Discount Tire customer

Who knows, maybe it's where I live at, the Discount Tire in Kannapolis went out of business last year. I'm not sure what happened there. Also I have bought tires from Discount before and had a great experience with them and their customer service, I just haven't had a good experience with them price matching around my area, or better say the Concord NC store or when I spoke to some rep on the phone. Exact words on the phone were they could not come down that low on them. I'm not bashing them just trying to understand how that price match thing works.

Discount Tire and Discount Tire Direct are rock stars. Best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Lowest prices you'll find. Always running promos and specials each year. Good selection. Just an awesome place to get tires and wheels. I don't go anywhere else.

Wouldn't surprise me if Sam's Club also won't put 12.50 wide tires on 8" wide wheels.

Does DT take trade-ins???

Thank you for your question, our local Discount Tire/America's Tire store Manager may offer you a trade in amount for your tires, the amount depends on the condition of your tires as well as the marketability in your area. I would recommend you stop in to your local Discount Tire/America's Tire store and speak to the Manager about trading in your tires.

I had a great experience getting my 35s installed on the Quadratec retro CJ style wheels. The store sourced all 5 tires from around the country, had them installed in 30 minutes, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process.

I've also ordered Michelins for my Navigator and previous Lexuses and had the same positive experience.

Same here with my 35's and the CJ retro wheels. I have bought all my tires for all my vehicles through them. My local Discount tire is top notch run shop

I gotta echo my experience with discount tire.....got the specific tires I wanted faster than any one else, did't tell me to wait 2 weeks for an appt. to get them installed, called me when fedex delayed the shipping and he gave me their tracking # so I could watch for it. (everyone else just said "we'll let you know when they get here".) Everyone had a good attitude all around.

I know they will install 37's because Discount install my 37's on my Jeep even though they were used. I met the guy I was buying them from at the Discount tire and they unmounted them off his beadlocks and mounted them on my Jeep. That's also a plus for Discount, the fact that they will handle beadlocks when a lot of tire shops won't fool with them.

Not true for all Discount Tire shops.
I was a regular customer and my last set I bought with lifetime balance went on beadlocks that I mounted myself. I'd rotate myself and drop by for a quick balance if I felt they they needed it. That was in CO. Moved to Utah. Stopped in at the American Fork shop and they wouldn't touch them. "Discount Tire policy. We don't touch beadlocks" The manager was an absolute asshat.
